All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Dullperception or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Dullperception.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Dullperception a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Dullperception reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for any User-Generated Content and do not endorse any opinions expressed in such content. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

Dullperception reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle. You will be notified of any changes to pricing prior to the next billing cycle.

8. Service Modifications

Dullperception reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Dullperception will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dullperception, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
Any content obtained from the services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Dullperception’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Dullperception. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Dullperception may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that Dullperception believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the services, Dullperception, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
